Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site — a contact or lead request, a home-valuation request, a home tour or showing request, a buyer or seller inquiry, a quiz, or a newsletter signup — we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, a property or neighborhood address, your budget or timeline, and any notes you send us.

These recordings are configured to mask all text and form inputs, so the content you type (such as your name, email, phone number, or address) is not captured. We use this information solely to diagnose bugs and improve reliability, and it is stored by Sentry on our behalf.

How we use your information

  • Prepare home valuations, property searches, and market information for you;
  • Send you updates, market insights, or newsletters you’ve asked for;
  • Understand and improve how the site performs; and
  • Measure and improve our advertising.

  • Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., our supervising brokerage, to the extent needed to provide real estate services;

  • Legal and safety recipients when we’re required to comply with the law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each message, opt out of analytics and ad tracking as described above, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
