2 Weeks Before Listing

• Final declutter pass
• Professional photography scheduled
• Finalize pricing strategy with your agent
• Review and sign listing agreement
• Plan for pet logistics during showings

Room-by-Room Preparation

Kitchen

• Clear countertops—keep only 2-3 decorative items
• Organize pantry and cabinets
• Clean appliances inside and out
• Fix any dripping faucets

Bathrooms

• Re-caulk tub/shower if needed
• Clear counters of personal items
• Add fresh, neutral towels

Exterior

• Power wash driveway and walkways
• Trim bushes and trees
• Add fresh mulch to beds
• Paint front door if needed
